Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship orders to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout. We are also excited to mention that we are in process of expanding our shipments to additional countries! Please stay tuned for updates.
Shipping Times
Due to COVID-19, order processing and shipping may be delayed due to the extra measures we and our carriers are taking to keep everybody safe. If you have any concerns about delivery timing, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. We hope you understand the safety of our staff, partners, community, and customers are our first priority.
Orders processed in the United States and Canada will take 3-8 business days for the product to arrive, depending on the shipping location.
Please note. if you've purchased items on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to manufacturing delays. Most pre-ordered products will take about 45 business days to ship. Customers will be notified via email when their order has been shipped.
Shipping & Handling Process
Our handling time usually takes about 2-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on the shipping location in the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping & handling is a taxable service.
• Items ordered after 12pm (EST) Monday – Thursday will be shipped on the next business day.
• Items ordered after 12pm (EST) Friday will ship on the next business (on Monday, if it doesn't fall on a U.S. national holiday).
We do not ship packages on the following U.S. national holidays:
• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Day
Rush orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will be shipped on the following business day.
